Pray for my decision to step down in my current job decision. Pray that I will have the faith in the Lord to provide for me and my family with less pay. Pray that God will give me the guidance, wisdom, knowledge in dealing with my new job position. Pray that He will give me the confidence, that I seem to have lost of lately, to be a great leader; a leader that he would want me to be. Pray that God will help me to be more like him so that I can be a ministry to others at work. Pray that the gossiping and backstabbing and darkness will dissolve due to His light shining.
