Potomac District Kids Camp

What:
The Potomac District’s Kids Camp is a week long adventure in the summer.
When:
July 18 - 22
Where is camp?
Camp will take place all week at Pine Creek Camp, 1794 Back Creek Rd, Gore, VA 22637. The wooded and nature-rich facilities at Pine Creek Camp include a fishing pond, creek, chapel, gymnasium, pool, cafeteria and a lodge in which every room is equipped with its own bathroom w/shower and bunk beds that sleep 6 persons per room.
How will you get there?
The church will provide transportation. Campers will meet at the church parking lot at 12:00 p.m. July 18 and return 5:00 p.m. July 22.
What do they do at camp?

What does it cost?
Registration fee: $195 Fee includes lodging, meals, all activities and services, cost of club supplies, plus a free camp-themed t-shirt.
Who are the chaperones?
Ms. Diana and a team of energetic, screened chaperones will accompany the campers. If you’re interested in becoming a chaperone please contact Cynthia Hayes chayes@cloverhillag.org.
What do I need to do?
Step 1:
Interested in sending a camper? Please pick up a camper packet on Sunday mornings in the Kids Lobby. Or download the packet here on this page to the right: (1) Camper Application, (2) Camper Medical Form, (3) Camp Policies and Guidelines, and (4) Club Descriptions.
Step 2:
Bring your completed application, medical form, payment, and a copy of your insurance card to the camp table in the Kids Lobby March 20, March 27, or April 3. Applications will only be accepted in person these Sunday mornings.
